Responsibilities:
- Research activity on various industries;
- Analysis (industrial, company, personnel);
- To prepare reports under supervision of senior consultants;
- To develop organizational models under supervision of senior consultants.
Executive Search Associate in IT/Telecom
Location: Moscow, Russia
Responsibilities:
- Communication with clients (executive search, assessment, consulting);
- Complex support of Foster Woods Executive Search projects in IT/Telecom area;
- Direct candidates search, negotiations;
- Coordination of the project groups.
Professional experience:
- Three years of experience in consulting companies, or five years of professional experience in sales and marketing in a leading IT/Telecom company;
- University degree (preferably technical orientation);
- Fluent English + any other foreign language is an advantage.
Personal characteristics:
- Charisma and a wide variety of interests;
- Erudition and a desire to work in high-intellectual business for people who wish to communicate.
